I dug a little deeper and found that not only was this company not a company at all, but that they were not even licensed to provide divorce document preparation at all.
This is the biggest problem with this industry. There are too many people saying they are paralegals when they are not even allowed by law to provide services to people.
This is most likely why they advertise on these underground sites so they can stay under the radar.
