Working From The RV In San Diego’s Silver Strand Beach

One of the benefits of owning your own business is having the flexibility to work remote if you choose to.

Don’t get me wrong, it is not all rainbows and unicorns and while people who own their own business get to set their own hours I often say I get to choose any 18 hours a day I want!

So while having a business requires a ton of work, I try to take advantage when I can.

My wife travels quite a bit and January was a rough month with lots of travel out of state for weeks at time, so when she had a job in sunny San Diego, I decided to join her and bring the RV down to Silver Strand State Beach and work remotely.

I am fortunate that I have a business where I can do this and still get work done. Thank God for modern technology that allows me to do this. What with a using Verizon’s hot spot to get internet so I can use my computer to be able to remote access into my office computer makes it almost like I am there, except for having a much better view of the beach.

So here I sit this beautiful Friday morning writing this quick blog post and then have a few hours of work. Think I will work half a day as it is Friday after all.
