In this episode, I want to talk a little bit about terminating an income withholding order for child support and how to go about doing that.
So if you have been Divorce and the Divorce is over and there’s been order for child support with an income withholding order, so, let me back up and explain what that is.
The Divorce is finalized for a period of 5-10 or 15 who knows how many years you’ve been paying child support and the child support has been taking out directly out of your pay from through your employer, the withholding order.
It’s called the Income Withholding order. If you’ve done that you need to look into the future in advance and see when child support is going to terminate prior to the order.
