I want to talk to the folks who are filing at the San Fernando Divorce Courthouse.

I want to walk you through kind of the process on the grand schema things as far as what you’re looking at going through if you’re trying to do your own Divorce at the San Fernando Court.

So Divorce starts and it has many steps but the first step is to file your Divorce case. You have to file a couple of documents, get your case filed.

And then once it’s filed you need to serve those documents. This is mainly the summons and petitions to get things started.

Once that’s done and the other party has been served, the next step is to complete your financial disclosures.

That has many ways that you can go through a Divorce process. There are uncontested cases.

There’s what we call hybrid cases and there are default cases. And depending on what your spouse does and what type of the Divorce case you’re going through in your particular circumstances.
